Turkey Hill Yak Vegetable Soup

 
1 Pound Ground Yak Meat
1 8 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1/3 cup of barley
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp basil
1 cup potatoes diced
½ cup carrots diced
½ cup chopped onion
4/5 cups of water
1 6 oz. can V8 juice
½ cup split peas
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp salt
½ tsp oregano
¾ cup chopped celery
 
Brown the meat. Add water and all ingredients, simmer 1 hour.
