Preheat oven to 400^o
 
1 Pound ground yak
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg beaten
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp italian seasoning
 
Combine all ingredients, mix well.  Form into 24 meatballs, place on jelly roll pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.  Bake for approx 10 minutes
